Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service through personalised selling, active listening and relationship-building to meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; process transactions, returns and gift receipts while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects brand standards, including window displays, floor sets and product presentation.
  • Receive, unpack and process stock; complete inventory counts, replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain stockroom organisation.
  • Assist fitting rooms and provide styling advice; manage client appointments and follow up on client inquiries as directed.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention practices by maintaining awareness of store security protocols and reporting discrepancies.
  • Participate in store-level promotions, events and seasonal sales; adapt to changing priorities during peak trading periods.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness, including signage, price tags and merchandise tagging.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and a polished professional presence.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak-season hours.
  • Basic numeracy and proven ability to handle cash and complete point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • High attention to detail and pride in visual presentation and stock organisation.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
