Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized client service and build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Drive store sales and achieve individual and team KPIs through attentive selling, upselling and product expertise.
- Execute merchandising standards and visual directives to maintain boutique presentation and seasonal floor sets.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Manage stockroom procedures including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention practices.
- Use the store CRM to log client interactions, follow up on leads and support appointment bookings and private shopping events.
- Support and mentor less-experienced sales staff; assist with moments of increased traffic and store events.
Qualifications
- Proven success in retail sales, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate for a luxury brand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of frontline retail experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion preferred; experience mentoring or supervising junior sales staff is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
