Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure exemplary customer service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through effective coaching, clienteling and local business initiatives.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team; manage schedules, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain seasonal directives and optimize conversion.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving processes and shrinkage prevention.
  • Administer cash handling, daily reconciliation and basic P&L oversight; ensure compliance with financial and security procedures.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, local marketing activations and CRM-driven client outreach to cultivate loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience directing retail teams, preferably within premium or fashion retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing operational KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory management, cash reconciliation and basic P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; aptitude for coaching and talent development.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
