Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and retention.
  • Recruit, coach and develop the retail team; establish performance expectations, conduct regular feedback and drive a high-performing, customer‑centric culture.
  • Own store P&L responsibilities: control payroll, optimise expenses and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Execute brand visual merchandising, store standards and seasonal floor sets to deliver differentiated in‑store experiences.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle: receive, stock replenishment, stock reconciliation and shrink/loss prevention measures.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow lifetime value, develop client relationships and build local market share.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local labour laws; manage scheduling and labour planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail leadership experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or accessible‑luxury brands.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding store sales targets and managing store-level P&L.
  • Strong people management skills with experience coaching and developing multi-disciplinary retail teams.
  • Excellent communication and client service orientation with the ability to represent the brand voice.
  • Legal right to work in the United States and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
