Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through active floor leadership and individual selling.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate client experience, product knowledge and KPI performance.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, deposits and POS reconciliation.
- Implement visual merchandising directives to preserve brand presentation standards and seasonal floor resets.
- Oversee inventory control processes: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
- Resolve escalated client service issues with diplomacy, sustaining long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Contribute to staff scheduling, payroll oversight and adherence to company loss-prevention and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail, preferably within fashion, accessories or luxury segments.
- Proven ability to coach teams and drive sales performance through active leadership and training.
- Competence in cash handling and familiarity with POS operations and basic store finance procedures.
- Strong organisational aptitude with attention to visual standards and inventory accuracy.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; experience in luxury, premium fashion, or boutique environments strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field is preferred.
