Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences using POS systems
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods as business needs require
- Lift, stock, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- English proficiency with fluency in at least one additional language
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and familiarity with luxury or lifestyle retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service certification a plus.
