Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets, KPI delivery and daily operational excellence.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional clienteling and conversion rates.
- Lead floor operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale reconciliation.
- Drive visual merchandising standards and execute floor moves to reflect campaign and product directives.
- Manage inventory processes: receiving, stock accuracy, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Implement loss prevention practices and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operational reports; escalate trends and staffing needs.
- Create staff schedules, manage shift coverage and support recruitment and onboarding as required.
- Deliver high-touch client service for priority clientele, handling escalations and bespoke requests.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant-management experience in branded fashion, accessories or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and retain retail sales talent with measurable results.
- Strong numerical acumen for sales reporting, cash control and basic inventory analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with high-value clients.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably with a luxury, premium or contemporary accessories brand. Experience driving sales performance, coaching teams and managing daily store operations is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a fashion-related discipline preferred.
