Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and achieve key performance indicators through proactive selling, clienteling and visual merchandising.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized outreach, appointments and follow-up.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast performance, and collaborate with management to execute corrective actions.
  • Enforce loss-prevention protocols, brand policies and compliance with health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail (typically 2+ years in an assistant manager or lead role).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams; strong people-management skills.
  • Solid numeracy and organizational skills with experience managing cash and basic store P&L responsibilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country.
