Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining high conversion and average transaction values.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetics, including window and floor displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Support inventory management: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff as required and contribute to in-store training and product knowledge sessions.
- Participate in store events, private client appointments and localized marketing initiatives to drive footfall and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven success in retail sales, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling integrity; ability to operate POS systems accurately.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and thorough product knowledge; ability to learn seasonal assortments quickly.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience with a demonstrated track record in meeting sales targets; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and some mentoring responsibility preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or diploma in retail, fashion or business preferred but not required.
