Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and store KPIs through daily coaching, performance management and frontline leadership.
  • Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences via active clienteling, personalised service and post‑sale follow-up to drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store standards to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and highest presentation quality.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and scheduling.
  • Control inventory through receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
  • Train, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate product knowledge, selling skills and customer engagement.
  • Enforce loss‑prevention protocols and maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.
  • Partner with regional leadership on local marketing initiatives, events and promotional execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or contemporary fashion (typically 2+ years in a supervisory role).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store KPIs.
  • Strong customer service orientation with experience in high‑touch clienteling and relationship building.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
  • Sound numerical aptitude and experience with cash reconciliation and basic retail finance processes.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
