Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and systems.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury or fashion brands.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
