Role & Responsibilities

  • Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused retail environment
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives; manage client engagement through client books, personalized outreach, and loyalty programs
  • Empower the team to personalize customer experiences and resolve issues effectively while capturing customer data for marketing
  • Recruit, onboard, develop diverse talent, and manage performance through coaching and clear goal-setting aligned to KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR)
  • Act as Store Leader in their absence; foster an inclusive, motivating culture and build community networks for recruiting
  • Own store sales forecasts and action plans; inspire the team to exceed performance standards across all selling channels
  • Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and brand standards; execute visual directives and maintain an impeccable store environment
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and facility security; manage schedules and payroll budgets
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention, and inventory management standards including cycle counts and shipment accuracy
  • Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive customer engagement and brand awareness

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle retail, or comparable environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and retail management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze selling reports, identify market trends, and respond with agility
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
