Role & Responsibilities

  • Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused environment on the sales floor
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives; manage clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching, manage underperformance, and act as Store Leader in their absence
  • Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to address business opportunities and exceed performance standards
  • Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and philosophy; maintain brand and operating standards while executing visual directives
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and facility security
  • Manage team schedules and payroll budgets; adjust staffing to meet business needs and ensure compliance with policies
  • Analyze selling reports and market data; identify trends and react quickly to optimize strategies
  • Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive customer engagement
  • Lead customer data capture to support marketing initiatives and repeat business development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
