Role & Responsibilities
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; establish a high-energy, client-focused sales floor environment
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling strategies; execute clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty program management
- Empower team members to personalize customer experiences and resolve issues effectively; lead customer data capture initiatives
- Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching and manage underperformance with clear goal-setting and KPI reviews
- Act as Store Leader in their absence; foster an inclusive and motivating workplace culture
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to address business opportunities and inspire team performance across all selling channels
- Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and visual standards; execute visual directives and maintain brand compliance
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, and loss prevention protocols
- Manage schedules, payroll budgets, and staffing adjustments to align with business needs
- Support inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment accuracy; manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with retail point-of-sale and management systems
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and respond with agility
- Strong English language proficiency
