Role & Responsibilities
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused sales floor environment
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling strategies; execute clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs
- Empower the team to personalize customer experiences and resolve issues effectively; lead customer data capture to support marketing and repeat business
- Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching and manage underperformance
- Set clear performance goals and review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR); act as Store Leader in their absence
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to capitalize on business opportunities and inspire the team to exceed performance standards
- Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and philosophy; maintain brand and operating standards while executing visual directives
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, and scheduling; manage payroll budgets and adjust staffing to business needs
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and company policies; support inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment accuracy
- Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with retail systems
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and respond quickly to market changes
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environments. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, business, or management education is valued.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
