Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching and execution of sales plans.
- Model and enforce Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards to create a client-focused, high-energy sales floor.
- Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including clienteling, loyalty outreach, and live-stream shopping sessions.
- Recruit, onboard and develop a diverse store team; provide ongoing coaching, set goals and manage performance to KPI targets (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR).
- Own daily operational duties: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, schedule and payroll management, loss prevention and store security.
- Maintain brand and visual standards; execute merchandising directives and report sell-through, stock trends and customer feedback.
- Oversee inventory management activities such as cycle counts and shipment accuracy and support market analysis with corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Proven leadership and coaching capability with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends and execute corrective action plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience using retail systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail, fashion or lifestyle environment with a track record of meeting sales KPIs and developing store teams. Experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and basic inventory control is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
