Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leader in delivering sales targets and store KPIs through daily coaching, performance tracking and targeted selling initiatives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, including proactive clienteling and post‑sale relationship building.
  • Coach, develop and conduct performance feedback for store staff; identify training needs and promote internal career progression.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and banking processes.
  • Own stockroom operations and inventory control, including receiving, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect brand directives and promotional calendars.
  • Ensure adherence to loss prevention, health & safety and company policies; act as duty manager in the Store Leader’s absence.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand visibility and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving store performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to coach for results and maintain high morale.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities; skilled at resolving escalated client issues.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday trading periods.
