Role & Responsibilities
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused environment that delivers exceptional experiences
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives; ensure effective clienteling through client books, outreach programs, and loyalty engagement
- Empower the sales team to personalize customer experiences and resolve issues effectively; lead customer data capture to support marketing and repeat business
- Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching, manage performance, and foster an inclusive, motivating culture
- Set clear KPI goals (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and coach the team to achieve or exceed results; act as Store Leader in their absence
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to address business opportunities and partner with corporate teams on market analysis
- Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and philosophy; maintain brand and operating standards; execute visual directives and ensure an impeccable store environment
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, and compliance with loss prevention standards
- Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and staffing adjustments to align with business needs; support inventory management and shipment accuracy
- Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with retail systems
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly to business opportunities
- Strong English language proficiency
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
