Kate Spade New York seeks an Assistant Store Leader at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. Drive retail excellence, lead omni-channel sales, and manage a dynamic team. $18.50–$31.50/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused store environment
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives; ensure clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs
- Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching and manage underperformance
- Set clear performance goals and coach to results using KPIs such as traffic, conversion, units per transaction, and average unit retail
- Act as Store Leader in their absence and foster an inclusive, motivating culture
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to address business opportunities
- Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and philosophy; execute visual directives and maintain impeccable store environment
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, and loss prevention standards
- Manage team schedules and payroll budgets; adjust staffing to business needs
- Support inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment accuracy
- Lead customer data capture to support marketing and repeat business initiatives
- Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable retail environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with retail management systems
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly to business changes
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle brand, or comparable retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, business, or fashion education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
