Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through strong leadership, coaching and operational rigor.
- Model and elevate Kate Spade service behaviours; create a high-energy, client-focused sales floor.
- Drive omni-channel performance and virtual selling, including clienteling, client books, loyalty outreach, and live stream shopping sessions.
- Recruit, onboard and develop diverse talent; set goals, review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and coach the team to results.
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create and execute targeted action plans to close business gaps.
- Maintain brand and visual standards; execute visual directives and communicate sell-through, stock trends and customer feedback.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, inventory controls, cycle counts and shipment accuracy.
- Manage schedules and payroll budgets; ensure compliance with company policies, safety and loss-prevention standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse retail team; experience acting as Store Leader in absence of senior manager.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Legal right to work in the United States (role based in Lake Buena Vista, FL).

Experience
At least two years of supervisory or management experience within retail—preferably in fashion or lifestyle—demonstrating sales leadership, team development and operational accountability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or related field preferred.
