Role & Responsibilities
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused retail environment
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; ensure client relationship management through client books, personalized outreach, and loyalty program engagement
- Empower the sales team to personalize customer experiences and resolve issues effectively; lead customer data capture for marketing and repeat business
- Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching, manage underperformance, and foster an inclusive, motivating culture
- Set clear goals, track KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR), and coach team members to achieve results
- Act as Store Leader in their absence and build community networks to support recruiting and brand awareness
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create action plans to address business opportunities and inspire the team to exceed performance standards
- Partner with corporate teams to analyze market data and optimize strategies; communicate sell-through, stock trends, and customer feedback
- Champion Kate Spade's aesthetic and philosophy; execute visual directives and maintain brand and operating standards throughout the store
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, and inventory management including cycle counts and shipment accuracy
- Manage employee schedules and payroll budgets; adjust staffing levels to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and loss prevention requirements
- Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environment (combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with retail management systems
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and respond with agility
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environment. Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional formal education or relevant certifications in retail management or business are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
