Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching and operational rigor.
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards to create a high-energy, client-focused sales floor.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling, including clienteling, loyalty outreach and managing live stream shopping sessions.
- Recruit, onboard and develop diverse retail talent; provide ongoing coaching and manage underperformance.
- Own store sales plans and forecasts, set action plans to capitalise on business opportunities and review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR).
- Execute brand and visual directives to maintain an impeccable store environment and communicate sell-through and customer feedback.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, schedules/payroll, loss prevention, inventory cycle counts and shipment accuracy.
- Act as Store Leader in their absence and build local community networks to support recruiting and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven leadership and coaching capability with experience managing performance to KPI targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and experience using retail systems.
- Demonstrable ability to analyse selling reports, identify trends and implement corrective action quickly.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least 2 years of retail management experience in a fashion or lifestyle environment, with a track record of coaching teams, driving sales and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
