Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead store operations with the Store Leader to maximise sales, profitability and productivity across all channels, including in-store, e‑commerce fulfilment and virtual selling.
- Model and enforce Kate Spade service behaviours and visual standards to ensure an elevated, consistent client experience.
- Drive clienteling and loyalty initiatives—maintain client books, execute targeted outreach, and capture customer data to increase repeat business.
- Recruit, onboard and coach diverse retail talent; set clear goals, review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and manage performance to achieve business targets.
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create and implement action plans to address performance opportunities and seasonal priorities.
- Oversee operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, schedule and payroll management, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Act as Store Leader in their absence and cultivate an inclusive, motivating environment that aligns with brand culture.
- Leverage live stream shopping and social media trends to drive engagement and incremental sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable customer‑facing environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Proven leadership and coaching ability with experience recruiting, developing and managing frontline teams.
- Strong analytical capability to read selling reports, identify trends and translate insights into corrective action.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with retail POS/OMS and clienteling systems.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable high-volume retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or diploma in business, retail management or fashion retail preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada — conveniently close to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24 to CAD 34 per hour.
