Role & Responsibilities
- Model and enforce Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; maintain a high-energy, client-focused sales floor.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling, including clienteling via client books, outreach and loyalty programmes to maximise repeat business.
- Coach, recruit and develop diverse store talent; set performance goals, review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and manage underperformance.
- Act as Store Leader in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership, an inclusive culture and operational standards.
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create targeted action plans and partner with corporate teams to analyse market data and optimise strategies.
- Execute visual merchandising directives; maintain brand and store presentation standards and communicate sell-through and customer feedback.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, payroll and staffing; ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and facility security.
- Support inventory management, cycle counts and shipment accuracy; manage live-stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven leadership with strong communication, coaching and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to analyse selling reports, identify trends and implement rapid corrective actions.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of progressive retail management experience in a fashion or lifestyle environment, with demonstrated success in team leadership, KPI-driven sales management and omni-channel client engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail management experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
