Kate Spade Assistant Store Leader position in Destin, Florida. Lead retail operations, team development, and omni-channel sales. $18.50–$31.50/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; cultivate a high-energy, client-focused sales floor environment
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling through client books, personalized outreach, and loyalty program activation
- Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching and manage performance issues
- Analyze selling reports and KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR); coach team to sales targets and business forecasts
- Partner with corporate teams to analyze market data, identify trends, and optimize multi-channel strategies
- Champion Kate Spade's visual aesthetics and brand standards; execute visual directives and maintain store presentation
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, and loss prevention compliance
- Manage employee schedules, payroll budgets, and staffing allocation to meet business requirements
- Support inventory management, cycle counts, shipment accuracy, and stock trend communication
- Manage live stream shopping sessions and leverage social media trends to drive customer engagement
- Lead customer data capture initiatives to support marketing campaigns and repeat business
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; hands-on experience with retail POS systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze selling reports and identify market trends
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or comparable customer-facing environments. Experience in leading multi-channel sales teams, managing store operations, and developing talent is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail management experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Destin, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
