Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching and operational rigor.
- Lead the sales floor and model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards to create a high-energy, client-focused environment.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling, including clienteling, client books, loyalty outreach and live stream shopping sessions.
- Manage customer issue resolution and personalization of the in-store experience to protect customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Capture customer data to support marketing and repeat business initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard and develop diverse retail talent; coach to performance and manage underperformance when needed.
- Set clear store goals, monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and create action plans to close performance gaps.
- Act as Store Leader in their absence and maintain an inclusive, motivating culture on the sales floor.
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; partner with corporate teams to analyse market data and optimise local strategies.
- Champion brand and visual standards, execute visual directives and communicate sell-through, stock trends and customer feedback.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, loss prevention and policy compliance.
- Manage scheduling and payroll within budget; support inventory management, cycle counts and shipment accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Proven leadership with strong communication, coaching and performance management capability.
- Ability to analyse selling reports, identify trends and translate insights into immediate actions.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable customer-facing environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
