Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and KPI objectives through daily coaching, performance monitoring and motivated team execution.
- Deliver exceptional client experience by modelling high standards of service, managing clienteling activities and resolving complex customer issues.
- Drive visual merchandising and shop-floor standards to ensure the retail environment reflects brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Manage operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
- Lead shift rostering and on-the-job training; recruit, develop and mentor sales staff to build capability and maintain service continuity.
- Prepare routine sales and operational reports for the Area Support Centre and implement action plans arising from performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably with a premium or lifestyle fashion brand.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (where applicable).

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of two years' retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or team-lead role; experience within a premium or fashion-led brand is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, sales, or hospitality is advantageous.
