Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leader in delivering and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through active floor leadership and disciplined execution of visual merchandising and selling initiatives.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates through on‑the‑job training, performance feedback and regular team huddles to sustain high conversion and average transaction values.
  • Drive exceptional client experiences and clienteling activity, cultivating long‑term relationships and ensuring personalised service for VIP and regular clientele.
  • Manage operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, reconciliation, secure stock movement and adherence to loss prevention protocols.
  • Execute merchandising standards and floor sets, ensuring presentation integrity, stock replenishment and effective inventory control.
  • Monitor KPIs, assist with payroll and scheduling, and support the Store Leader with administrative tasks and local recruitment as required.
  • Act as the Store Leader in their absence, making decisions to preserve business continuity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in fashion or premium retail, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrable coaching ability with experience developing sales teams and improving individual performance.
  • Strong numerical acumen and experience working with sales KPIs, cash handling and basic store P&L concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior sales role within fashion or premium retail. Experience in a branded or luxury environment is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or related field preferred.
