Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal product assortments for the ANZ market
  • Analyse sales, inventory, and product performance data to identify market opportunities and emerging trends
  • Assist with range reviews, assortment planning, and data-driven product recommendations
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reporting to support strategic business decisions
  • Partner with Planning and Allocation teams to optimise stock levels and overall inventory performance
  • Support product launch activities and seasonal go-to-market execution across the region
  • Maintain product information, assortment tools, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor fashion, retail, and competitive market trends to provide actionable commercial insights
  • Assist with business presentations, seasonal reviews, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' experience in Product Management, Merchandising, Buying, Planning, or related retail function
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Experience within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or accessories retail is highly valued
