Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily sales floor operations and stockroom activities
- Lead and mentor sales associates while fostering team morale and cohesion
- Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising standards, and loss prevention protocols
- Drive sales performance and exceed departmental targets
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stockroom audits
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure adequate floor coverage
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a retail environment
