Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise sales associates on the retail floor during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experience and brand standards
  • Monitor sales floor operations, inventory management, and stockroom organization to maintain store standards and operational efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
  • Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and deposit reconciliation
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain compliance with visual merchandising standards and maintain product displays according to brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build meaningful guest relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Proficiency with retail systems and point-of-sale technology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom

Experience
