Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor sales associates on the retail floor, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Manage daily operational tasks including inventory management, merchandising, and sales floor organization
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and Kate Spade brand guidelines
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through team leadership and customer engagement
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge and customer service best practices
- Maintain a safe and organized sales floor and stockroom environment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and diplomacy
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Proficiency in customer-facing and back-office retail operations
- Demonstrated capability to build effective teams and foster collaborative workplace culture
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively to colleagues at all levels
Skills
Experience
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a retail environment is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in managing team performance, driving sales results, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Further retail management certification or equivalent training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
