Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach the sales team on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and meet store sales goals.
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation of POS transactions.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor moves to reflect brand directives and maximize sell-through.
- Manage inventory flow between stockroom and sales floor; receive deliveries, conduct stock counts and support loss-prevention procedures.
- Provide on-the-spot performance feedback, training and development for direct reports; assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
- Resolve customer escalations with diplomacy, ensuring brand-appropriate service recovery and retention.
- Support conversion-driving initiatives and local promotional activities; monitor KPI performance and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop retail teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal tact; capable of diffusing high-tension situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail environment and adapting to change.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience in a supervisory or lead capacity is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of driving sales and developing frontline associates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credentials in retail, fashion, or business preferred.

Compensation
