Kate Spade New York seeks Acting Store Leader in Mississauga, Ontario. Interim retail leadership role managing operations and team at luxury lifestyle brand boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations and sales floor activities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and brand DNA
- Manage inventory, stockroom, and merchandise allocation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty
- Monitor financial performance and manage store budget
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail and brand positioning
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Retail management or supervisory experience in a luxury fashion or lifestyle retail environment is required. Prior experience leading a team and driving sales performance is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or retail management preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24 to CAD 34 per hour.
