Kate Spade New York seeks Acting Store Leader in Mississauga, Ontario for temporary retail management role at Square One Shopping Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and sales floor activities
- Lead and motivate retail team members
- Manage inventory and stockroom organization
- Drive customer engagement and brand experience delivery
- Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Handle cash management and point-of-sale operations
- Execute seasonal product launches and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability and team management
- Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and work varied hours on sales floor and stockroom
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management

Previous retail leadership or assistant manager experience preferred, with demonstrated success in customer-facing environments and team supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or comparable training a plus.
