Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and continuously refine a global retail and omni‑channel education programme covering product knowledge, Ayurvedic rituals, selling techniques and client rituals.
  • Conduct live and digital training sessions, workshops and masterclasses for boutique teams, counter staff and wholesale partners; author and maintain training materials, SOPs and e‑learning modules.
  • Partner with retail operations, merchandising, marketing and product development to ensure customer journey consistency and that teams are up to date on launches, formulations and ritual applications.
  • Coach and mentor store managers and client advisors through in‑store role‑plays, mystery shopping follow‑ups and KPI‑driven performance plans to elevate conversion and average transaction value.
  • Define and monitor KPI dashboards (training completion, NPS, conversion, retention), prepare regular reporting and recommend corrective action to senior leadership.
  • Plan and execute client‑facing education events, VIP masterclasses and in‑store experiential activations that reinforce brand positioning and deepen client loyalty.
  • Manage training budgets, third‑party trainers and external academies; organise onboarding for new hires and seasonal ramp‑ups.
  • Ensure brand, luxury service standards and regulatory compliance across all training and client experience initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing retail training, education or client experience programmes within luxury beauty, spa or premium skincare (typically 5+ years; managerial responsibility preferred).
  • Demonstrable understanding of Ayurvedic or botanical skincare products and the ability to translate technical formulation details into client‑facing narratives.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills with experience delivering both classroom and digital learning.
  • Analytical proficiency to monitor training impact and convert insights into operational improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, cosmetology, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; certifications in cosmetology, Ayurveda, adult learning or corporate training are advantageous.
