Puig is hiring a Temporary 3D Visual Designer in London to create photoreal product and packaging renders for brands including Penhaligon's.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce high-fidelity, photoreal 3D imagery and animations for products, packaging and campaign assets across Puig’s brand portfolio.
- Develop lighting, shading and material setups to reproduce complex cosmetics and fragrance materials (glass, metal, lacquer, soft-touch finishes) with absolute fidelity.
- Create e-commerce packshots, hero product visuals and 360° spins optimised for web and retail presentations.
- Collaborate closely with design, brand and marketing teams to interpret creative briefs and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
- Manage asset libraries and scene files, enforce naming conventions and optimise geometry/textures for different delivery pipelines (render, real-time, small file-size exports).
- Troubleshoot render workflows, maintain render schedules and liaise with external render farms or post-production partners when required.
- Deliver assets on deadline while iterating rapidly in response to stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photoreal product and packaging renders with proven mastery of lighting, materials and composition.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in 3D design, visual effects, industrial design, animation or a related discipline.
- Excellent colour management and a deep understanding of physically based rendering workflows.
- Proven ability to translate brand direction into consistent visual outputs across channels.
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Fluent English communication skills appropriate for cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
