John Lobb is hiring a Sales Associate for its Jermyn Street boutique in London. Full‑time role delivering luxury client service and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service throughout the full client journey, in store and via remote channels.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and proactively grow a local client book to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Maximise sales through a consultative, product‑knowledge driven approach while representing brand values and heritage.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process payments, exchanges and returns, and ensure accurate CRM capture of client interactions.
  • Support day‑to‑day boutique operations including stock receiving, internal/external transfers, cycle counts and stockroom housekeeping.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure in‑store displays are refreshed and comply with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate after‑sales and special order communications with clients and colleagues, ensuring timely follow‑up and excellent aftercare.
  • Assist with e‑commerce order validation and shipment processes under the Store Manager’s direction and participate in store and offsite events.
  • Uphold store security procedures and liaise with wider John Lobb teams to support store requirements and ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in high‑end or luxury retail preferred; experience in the men’s sector is an advantage.
  • Proven clienteling skills and the ability to develop and manage a local client base; an existing client book is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in an additional language is highly advantageous.
  • Practical knowledge of retail administration, stock control and CRM capture.
  • Professional, polished presentation with a sophisticated, consultative approach to selling.

Experience
