Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised shopping experience to discerning clients in the Jermyn Street boutique, demonstrating deep product and craft knowledge.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and tailored after‑sales care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to boutique KPIs and visual standards.
- Manage fitting and measurement processes for both ready‑to‑wear and bespoke enquiries, coordinating with internal ateliers where required.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and boutique housekeeping to uphold brand presentation.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and trunk shows to extend the client base and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the store team and regional management to share market feedback and support commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high‑end footwear, menswear or leather goods.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing a portfolio of high‑value clients.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a heritage luxury house.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to advise on fit, materials and craftsmanship.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and occasional evenings; reliable availability for store needs.
- Right to work in the UK (company: J.L & COMPANY LTD).

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury retail or high‑end menswear/footwear sales, with a demonstrable record of client development and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education (A‑level or equivalent); vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
