Role & Responsibilities

• Embody the spirit and values of John Lobb, delivering a unique and memorable customer experience.
• Address customer needs, offer suggestions, and provide relevant advice to foster customer loyalty and increase store sales.
• Welcome customers and conduct sales of John Lobb products including shoes, belts, socks, small leather goods, and care products.
• Collaborate with management and senior sales staff to understand sales dynamics and key performance indicators.
• Actively contribute to sales growth and customer relationship development through targeted actions such as events and remote sales.
• Assist in stock management, product flow, and inventory coordination with the sales team.
• Ensure the store and displays are maintained according to merchandising guidelines.
• Learn and apply shoe care techniques including polishing and glazing.
• Adhere to store procedures including cash handling, troubleshooting, after-sales service, and security.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with prior successful business experience.
