John Lobb seeks a Retail Training & Visual Merchandising Intern in Paris for a six-month full-time placement starting January 2027. Support luxury retail operations and training content development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising community on the conception and oversight of collection guidelines and point-of-sale materials for retail stores and wholesale partners
- Assist in organizing product photography shoots in-store locations and coordinate the deployment of marketing materials
- Develop and produce training content and support materials—including newsletters and training guides—to engage and educate retail and wholesale teams
- Contribute to the creation of sales support tools and guidelines that enhance the ceremonial selling experience for both in-store and e-commerce channels
- Participate in showroom organization for commercial teams and conduct competitive intelligence activities
Qualifications
