Role & Responsibilities

  • Support collection structuring through competitive and trend analyses to inform assortment decisions across shoes, leather goods, belts, By Request and bespoke ranges.
  • Create and maintain regular performance reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to track sell-through, margin and assortment effectiveness.
  • Coordinate daily with the Northampton-based product development team to manage product information, pricing analyses and accessory development.
  • Assist in collection deployment for retail, wholesale and e‑commerce: prepare showroom tools (collection plans, product catalogues, market order forms) and consolidate online product data.
  • Support visual merchandising and shoot logistics, prepare product training materials, and coordinate samples and prototypes for internal and wholesale partners.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/ Bac+5 program (business school or fashion/specialised design school) — candidature for a 12-month apprenticeship.
  • At least one prior long-duration internship; beginners accepted but demonstrable workplace experience preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability; proven rigor in reporting and data handling.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — daily interaction with UK-based teams; professional command of French is advantageous.
  • Reliable, proactive and capable of proposing pragmatic solutions; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus; knowledge of M3 is advantageous.
