Jo Malone London seeks passionate, customer-focused retail stylists to join its festive teams at the Fenwick Newcastle location during the holiday season. The successful candidate will create exceptional customer experiences through warm, tailored product recommendations; assist guests in selecting signature scents and luxury gifts; support festive in-store events and visual merchandising; and contribute to achieving sales targets whilst maintaining impeccable store presentation and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations tailored to individual preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect gift or signature scent from the Jo Malone London collection
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising initiatives and store presentation
- Contribute to the team effort in achieving sales targets
- Execute stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation
