The Stylist provides outstanding customer service and delivers service goals while showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to customers and visitors. The role includes signature treatments, wedding consultations and creative events, alongside store operations, opening and closing support, and housekeeping. This is a part-time, regular role for 15 hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and deliver on service goals.
- Welcome and entertain visitors from around the world, showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
- Deliver in-boutique services and events, including signature Hand and Arm massages, wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes.
- Maintain the store environment and support store operations.
- Assist with opening and closing the boutique and carry out housekeeping duties.
- Understand individual sales and service goals.
