Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and meet service goals, delivering an inspirational, authentic and personalised in-store experience.
• Maximise sales performance and productivity in line with individual sales and service goals.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues.
• Support in-store events and create engaging customer experiences, including fragrance services and consultations.
• Maintain awareness of stock and inventory.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and the store environment.
• Monitor competitor activity and support an omnichannel approach.
• Follow brand grooming guidelines.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Assist with boutique opening and closing and store operations.

Qualifications

• Warm, kind and friendly, with a helpful can-do attitude and a passion for service and storytelling.
• Adaptable and versatile, with a gracious, intelligent and professional manner and a clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
