Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales performance within their Boots Plymouth boutique. The ideal candidate will combine creative expertise with a passion for fragrance and beauty, delivering inspirational, personalized experiences through signature services such as hand and arm massage and wedding consultations, whilst maintaining exemplary visual merchandising standards and contributing to in-store events. This is a temporary, part-time role requiring flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized consultation to domestic and international customers
- Maximize sales performance and productivity whilst achieving individual sales and service goals
- Provide signature services including hand and arm massage and wedding consultation styling
- Support the execution of in-store events and experiential activities
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and boutique work environment
- Monitor stock and inventory awareness
- Adhere to brand grooming guidelines and maintain a polished, professional appearance
- Perform housekeeping duties and assist with opening and closing procedures
