Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and curate memorable fragrance experiences within its Oxford boutique. The successful candidate will showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, corporate clients, and media contacts through creative consultation services and signature offerings, including hand and arm massages, wedding consultations, and immersive in-store events. This is a seasonal, part-time position combining hospitality, sales acumen, and creative engagement to maintain Jo Malone's renowned standards of boutique excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized consultations to boutique visitors
• Maximize sales performance and meet individual sales and service goals
• Support the execution of in-store events, including wedding consultations and specialized services
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store environment
• Perform opening and closing duties and general housekeeping responsibilities
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and demonstrate brand ambassadorship
• Monitor stock and inventory levels
• Provide signature services including hand and arm massage treatments
• Adhere to brand grooming guidelines and maintain professional appearance
• Monitor competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach to customer engagement

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• High level of creative expertise and technical proficiency
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
