Jo Malone London seeks a charismatic Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and bring the brand's generosity to life within its Milton Keynes boutique. The successful candidate will showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ through personalized styling, signature hand and arm massages, wedding consultations, and curated experiential events, whilst maintaining the store environment and meeting individual sales objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations to boutique visitors
- Deliver on individual sales and service goals whilst maintaining a welcoming store environment
- Execute signature services including hand and arm massages and wedding consultations
- Host experiential events and services such as floral crown creation, chocolate tastings, and cocktail masterclasses
- Assist with opening and closing boutique procedures and housekeeping maintenance
