Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance within its Leamington Spa boutique during the festive season. The role combines personalized fragrance consultation, bespoke services including hand and arm massages, and event hosting—from wedding consultations to experiential activities—with operational responsibilities including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses warm interpersonal skills, a passion for storytelling and service, and the ability to work flexibly across retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance consultations to boutique visitors
• Maximize individual sales and service targets while building strong customer relationships
• Execute bespoke Jo Malone London services including hand and arm massages and wedding consultations
• Support in-store events and experiential activations such as floral workshops, cocktail masterclasses, and chocolate tastings
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store aesthetic in line with brand guidelines
• Manage stock awareness and inventory while maintaining accurate point-of-sale operations
• Monitor competitor activity and drive omni-channel sales opportunities
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
• Uphold brand grooming guidelines and represent Jo Malone London with gracious professionalism

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Creative and technical expertise, with demonstrated passion for fragrance and beauty
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale systems preferred
• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience desirable; amateur-level experience with strong technical and creative ability welcome
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
