Jo Malone London is seeking a Stylist for its John Lewis Exeter boutique, working 22.5 hours over 4 days on a fully flexible part-time schedule. The role delivers personalised customer service, sales performance, creative brand experiences and in-store event support while maintaining stock awareness, visual merchandising and boutique standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and meet service goals.
- Maximise sales performance and productivity, and understand individual sales and service goals.
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Support in-store events and deliver creative services and experiences, including hand and arm massages and wedding consultations.
- Maintain awareness of stock and inventory.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and the store environment, including housekeeping.
- Be aware of competitor activity and support an omnichannel approach.
- Follow brand grooming guidelines.
- Assist with boutique opening and closing and operational duties.
Qualifications
- Warm, kind, friendly and helpful, with a can-do attitude; passionate about service and storytelling, adaptable and versatile, and able to present a groomed, clean and polished image.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
